Q. Do you charge to collect or deliver?
A. Unless otherwise stated, collection and return of computers and parts is FREE to our area of service.
Q. Do you charge VAT?
A. We are not VAT registered. All our prices are VAT free.
Q. Do you offer a free call-out service?
A. Regretfully we cannot offer a free service. Our simple pricing structure charges by time. We do not charge for call-out, but any work or consultation is chargeable.
Q. Do you offer remote support?
A. Yes. This is often the quickest way to get more minor problems resolved. We can even connect to your PC and view your screen in order to fix something remotely, using a program called ShowMyPC. Remote support is secure, we alone will be able to see your screen and once the support session is over not even we can reconnect without your permission.
Q. Is your work guaranteed?
A. Yes. We will fix free of charge where it can be shown on re-inspection that our work was faulty. Please be aware that if we were not at fault, the consultation will be chargeable at our standard rates. All parts fitted by our engineers carry manufacturer's warranty which will be left with you. We do not use second-hand parts. Warranty queries should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
Q. What is your area of service?
A. We currently serve Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester and surrounding towns and villages. Of course, you will be told beforehand if you live outside our usual service area and if any costs would be incurred.
Q. Do you offer free estimates?
A. Estimates given by e-mail or over the phone are of course free. Should we need to come out to estimate, this consultation is chargeable at our standard rates.
Q. Do you sell computers and computer peripherals?
A. We hold stock of commonly required components so that we can offer as fast a service as possible. We can, of course, source any computers, parts, software and components that will be required for any repairs and upgrades. After prior discussion, these will be chargeable to the client.
